About Shipping
Customs clearance cost, duties, VAT and other tax will be paid by the customer if there is. These charges are issued by the local government. Failure to pay will result in the item being destroyed and customer will not be entitled to a refund.
EU personal customers SHOULD provide EORI number in the checkout procedure, while VAT number is not required.
If EU personal customers do not provide their EORI number, we won’t send out the package.
According to EU ICS2 rule, UPS/FedEx/DHL require receiver’s EORI number for the package.
